Biography
Abdulhakim Ahmed Musse is the PUST Administrative Officer responsible for oversight of all non-academic operations departments.
In addition, Abdulhakim is responsible for the administration, procurement, logistics, and finance work of the University and establishes and maintains efficient administrative systems and control mechanisms to support the operations' smooth running and ensure compliance with organizational, human resources, and financial policies and procedures.
He is also responsible for promoting a climate of cooperation among staff employees and their respective administrative offices, maximizing the effectiveness of the department's execution of its responsibilities, and providing feedback for performance assessment and continuous improvement.
Abdulhakim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Applied Statistics from Cavendish University in Uganda.
