Indian Government Launches Pan African e-Network Project (PAENP)

Puntland University of Science and Technology (PUST) conducted the well-known e-learning program, Pan-African e-Network Project, funded by the Indian Government in supporting African Universities throughout the continent. The university was running this program from 2009 to 2016 with the help of five Indian universities.
